Om uw droomvakantie te reserveren, gaat u als volgt te werk: via de telefoon, de fax of e-mail laat u ons uw favoriete data weten, wij vertellen u of deze nog beschikbaar zijn of stellen een alternatief voor, ter bevestiging van uw verblijf vragen wij u per overschrijving* de helft van het huurbedrag, dit bedrag zal ook de waarborg vormen voor tijdens het verblijf.** na ontvangst van het bedrag bevestigen wij uw verblijf, bij aankomst en bij overhandiging van de sleutel vragen wij u het volledige bedrag te betalen. * Het geld die u ons toestuurde dient enkel als garantie.Wij geven u het geld terug na vertrek. In geval van annulatie,(tot drie weken voor reservatie) storten wij u het bedrag terug. Indien de annulatie binnen de drie weken voor aankomst gebeurt, is er geen teruggave. ** Het bedrag kan niet als voorschot worden beschouwd. Wanneer U de woning betrekt is deze in goede staat en zijn alle voorwerpen opgenomen op een inventaris. Indien de inventaris bij u vertrek volledig is en de woning in eenzelfde staat verkeerd als wanneer de woning voor het eerst werd betreden zal het bedrag teruggeven worden. (Indien dit niet het geval is zal dat dienen als aanbetaling voor de geleden schade volgens de kostprijs opgegeven op de inventaris.)

Upon arrival and when we hand over the keys, we ask you to pay the full amount. * The amount which you send us serfs only as guarantee. We will return this amount by departure. .In case of cancellation within 3 weeks of your arrival there will be no refunding. ** This amount cannot be considered as advanced money. When you move in the house it will be in good condition and a ll objects will be taken in inventory. Upon leaving, if the inventory is complete and the house is in the same state as when you first entered it, the amount will be returnd.
